Chic Basics shipping time is 10-14 business days (M-F) because all items are handmade at the time of purchase we are unable to rush ship orders. Business days are Monday thru Friday, this time does not include USPS Priority Shipping which is usually a 2-3 business day shipping service. Please keep in mind that Chic Basics is closed on all government holidays as the mail does not run on those days. Some variation in the placement of fabric may occur.Not all fabrics pictured in listings are still available. Fabrics that begin with "L" have a limited quantity of yardage. Please make sure you note a backup fabric choice if your first choice is a "L" fabric. Chic Basics will contact you to let you know if we will be using your second fabric choice. Ready to Ship items ship the next business day (M-F). Unless purchased with a custom order item, the ready to ship item will they ship in 10 business days.
What are the different shipping options?
Free shipping and standard shipping uses USPS Ground service which is a 5-7 business day service and does not included insurance. Upgrading to USPS Priority shipping means your shipping time is 1-3 business days and includes insurance incase of USPS loss. Chic Basics isn't responsible for packages that USPS loses and the customer hasn't paid for upgraded USPS Priority shipping which includes insurance incase of loss.
Can I choose the font for the Hooded Towels?
No. Hooded Towels come with a name printed in lowercase print on top of a block applique capital letter. Every hooded towel pictured in my shop has the same font/applique letter.
